All bookings are subject to the following conditions;
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your date of arrival in resort. When a booking is made less than 6 weeks before your arrival, payment in full is due.
All lessons have to be paid in full, before the start.

Cancellation, In event of a cancellation the following fees will apply;
More than 8 weeks before arrival; 20% of booking
From 8 weeks to 4 weeks before; 50% of booking
From 4 weeks to 2 weeks before; 70% of booking
From 2 weeks to 0 weeks before; 90% of booking

No refund will be given for unused lessons due to the late arrival of a client, illness, accident, lift closure due to weather condition, mechanical failure, or for any cause outside the instructors control.
The Instructor has the right to cancel lessons or courses at any time. In these cases a full refund of the unused lessons will be made.

Insurance, Please make sure that you have the appropiate insurance to cover lesson cancellation, third party liability, accident cover and resuce from the slopes.

No refunds can be made for people taking part in any lessons, that are not of the required standard.
It is a condition of booking, that all clients respect the instructors judgement, regarding safety and weather conditions on the mountain.

Clients should ensure that they are in a fit and safe conditon to take part in physical activity in a moutain enviroment.

If, at any time during your lessons, you are not happy with your progress or you have a complaint, please let us know immediately, so that we can address the situation straight away.

The contract will be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with British law.
